心理护理在献血过程全程中的应用分析

The Application Analysis of Psychological Nursing in the Process of Donate Blood

目的:分析心理护理在献血过程中的作用。方法:将480例献血者随机分成两组,即对照组和实验组,每组240例,对照组献血者在献血过程中采用常规护理,实验组献血者在对照组基础上加强心理护理,献血结束后比较两组患者献血反应的发生情况及对护理人员的满意度。结果:实验组献血者献血反应的发生率低于对照组(0.83%VS3.75%),实验组献血者对护理人员的满意度高于对照组(99.58%VS 82.50%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理人员在献血过程中应用心理护理,降低了献血者的献血反应,提高了对护理人员的满意度,推动了献血工作的发展。

Objective：To analyze the application of psychological nursing in the process of donate blood.Methods：480 cases blood donor were divided into control group and experimental group,each for 240 cases.The blood donor of control group were given routine care,and the experimental group were given psychological nursing on the basis of control group.After blood donation,the blood donation reaction and the satisfaction of nursing staff were compared in two groups.Methods：The ratio of the blood donation reaction in experimental group was lower than control group（0.83%VS 3.75%）.The satisfaction of nursing staff in experimental group was higher than control group（99.58%VS 82.50%）.The difference between the two groups was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Psychological nursing can reduce the ratio of the blood donation reaction,enhance the satisfaction of nursing staff,and promote the development of blood donation work.
