以互联网技术的深入研究为基础,论述了云计算是下一代互联网的重要特征,指出了下一代互联网发展需要有大型存储园区支撑;提出了需要在大首都地区建设云存储基地,信息存储基础设施服务应该产业化。结合河北省的区位、资源和人才等方面的优势,提出了河北省应大力推进大型信息存储产业园区建设来带动河北发展的新思路。

The cloud storage base is constructed around the big metropolitan area, The information storage infrastructure service must put into industrial production. Combining with Hebei Province＇s position, resources and talented person, and so on, it is proposed that Hebei Province should advance the large-scale information storage industry campus construction to lead the new mentality which vigorously Hebei development.
