本文针对检验医学实习生形态学教学中存在的认识不足、自动化分析与形态学检查之间的矛盾等问题,提出了加强示范教学、激发学习动力、提高师资队伍水平、严格考核等措施,旨在提高检验医学生的形态学认知的理论和实践水平,为培养合格的检验医学人才打下坚实基础。

This paper discusses the present situation and improvement of morphology practice teaching in the students of laboratory medicine, now many students and teachers did not pay more attention on morphology practice teaching, cell morphology is the most common method in diagnostic of disease, we should find many ways to improve cell morphology teaching in laboratory profession students
