摘要
目的:比较不同粒度金刚砂车针预备的牙体与RelyX Unicem粘固剂粘接强度的影响。方法:采用5种不同粒度车针对牙面进行牙体预备,根据最终使用车针粒度的不同将离体牙试件分为5组,测量其粗糙度,并将牙本质与RelyX Unicem粘固剂粘接,测试各组剪切强度。结果:5种粒度车针预备后的牙面粗糙度间存在显著差异(P<0.05),RelyX Unicem粘固剂与各组牙面的粘接强度除超细与极细粒度车针组间无差异外,其他各组间也存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:随着车针粒度的减少,牙面粗糙度降低,而RelyX Unicem粘固剂与各组牙面的粘接强度增加。
Objective:The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of different grit sizes of diamond burs on the shear bond strength between prepared dentin and RelyX Unicem cement. Methods: According to the type of the latest diamond burs used for the finishing of tooth preparation, all the prepared teeth were divided into 5 groups. The dentin surface roughness was measured, Then all the dentin plates were bonded with RelyX Unicem cement and shear bond strength were measured. Results: There were significant difference among the 5 groups in surface roughness (P〈 0.05) . The shear bond strength were also difference in 5 groups beside the types of the extra-fine and super-fine diamond burs (P 〈 0.05) . Conclusion: With the grit size of diamond bur derease, the dentin surface roughness and bond strength between dentin and RelyX Unicem decrease.
