论如何实现党组织从“重视学习”向“学习型”的转变

On the Transform from "Emphasizing on Learning" to "Learning" of the Party Organization

建设学习型党组织,贵在"学习",重在"有型"。所谓"型",本义是指铸造金属器物的模子,后被引申为某一类事物长期稳定的共同特征和基本属性。学习型党组织的"型",强调的是使学习成为党组织的属性和特征,成为党组织的基本存在形式。文章从何谓学习型党组织、为什么要建设学习型党组织、怎样建设学习型党组织三个方面阐述了学习型党组织的概念以及建设学习型党组织的意义和途径。

Building the learning group of the Party should focus on ＂learning＂ and emphasis on ＂xing＂ （the long-term stability）. ＂Xing＂ in Chinese refers to the original meaning ＂mould＂ at first, which means an implement to cast metals, and then it is extended meaning the stable common features and basic attributes of something. The main emphasis of the ＂Xing＂ in the learning group of the Party is to make ＂learning＂ as its feature and nature as well as its hasic form. This paper elaborates the concept of the learning group of the Party, significance and ways of build- ing the learning group of the Party from three aspects ： what the learning group of the Party is, why we should build the learning group of the Party and how to build the learning group of the Party.
