随着依法治国步伐的推进,公民权利意识的觉醒,公众要求参政议政的呼声日益高涨,在公众参与机制不断成熟与发展的过程中,其中,有关如何健全公众参与意见反馈机制的话题,正成为社会各界所关注和讨论的焦点。对公众参与过程中的意见反馈机制存在的缺陷进行检讨,借鉴国外公众参与意见反馈机制的成功经验,明确健全公众参与意见反馈机制应坚持的基本原则,进而提出健全公众参与意见反馈机制的具体对策。

With the advance of promoting the rule of law and the awareness of civil rights, public appeals for participating the administration and discussion of state affairs have been raised. In the growing and developing process of public participation mechanism, how to improve its feedback mechanism has been a topic which is becoming the focus of social attention. This article aims to examine defects in the process of the feedback mechanism, use the successful experience of other countries for reference, clear the basic principles, and put forward concrete countermeasures to improve the feedback mechanism in public participation.
