低温胁迫对海南本地种油棕幼苗的生理生化响应 被引量:27

摘要 通过盆栽实验研究了低温胁迫对油棕幼苗生理生化特性的影响。结果表明,低温胁迫抑制了油棕幼苗的生长,随着处理时间的延长,相对电导率、伤害指数、丙二醛(MDA)、和脯氨酸含量均有不同程度的升高。超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性开始升高,后来随着胁迫时间的延后而有所下降。由此可知,低温胁迫可能使油棕产生了不同程度的生理响应,通过增加相关的保护物质来提高植物的防御能力。该研究可为油棕抗寒育种提供理论基础。 The experiment of the low temperature stress on physiological and chemical changes of potting seedling of oil palm were conducted. The results showed that low temperature stress inhibited the growth of oil palm seedlings. Relative conductivity, injure index, malondialdehyde (MDA) and proline content increased with the prolong of stress time. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) first increased and then decreased gradnnlly. Therefore, low tempernture stress might stimulate different response mechanisms of oil palm and protective aubstanees increased in order to improve defense capability. The result could provide data for cold-resistant breeding of oil palm.
