摘要 选择广西野生春兰、豆瓣兰、独占春3个国兰品种进行种子预处理及培养基成分筛选等无菌播种技术研究。研究结果表明:种子预处理、培养基基本成分、培养基激素、培养基水果附加物对种子萌发都有一定的影响,其中,植物激素和添加椰子汁等对种子萌发有显著促进作用,氢氧化钠或次氯酸钠浸泡种子和低盐培养基可使兰花种子提早萌发并提高萌发数。较优试验处理为:种子在播种前用0.1 mol/L氢氧化钠或1%次氯酸钠浸泡20 min,播种培养基采用改良Kyoto+6-BA2 mg/L+NAA1 mg/L+椰子汁10%。 Aseptic seeding of three Guangxi native orchid species, namely, C. goeringii, C. serratumr and C. eburneum were studied. The results showed that, the seed pre-treatment, the basic media, the hormone combination and the fruit supplements of media had effects on seed germination. The hormone and coconut milk supplemented had significant effects on seed germination; Seeds prereatment with NaClO or NaOH and low salt medium made the seed germinate earlier and improved the germination rate. The preferred pre-treatment method was that the seeds were soaked in the solution of 0.1 mol/L NaOH or 1% NaClO for 20 min before sowing in the medium. The optimum media for seeding was modified Kyoto supplemented with 2 mg/L 6-BA, 1 mg/L NAA and 10 % coconut milk.
