摘要
通过对封线体孔口撕裂问题的分析,指出了产生问题的根源,提出了相应的改进措施,并有针对性地设计出了3种不同的模具结构。成功地解决了封线体孔口撕裂问题,不仅保证了产品质量,同时也最大限度地节约了生产成本。
By means of analyzing the tearing of the part for sealing line, it pointed out the origin, put forward the improvement measure, and designed three kinds pertinence structure. It resolved the tearing of orifice. It not only ensured the quality, but also economized the cost of production farthest.
