摘要 采用了板动手柄能使具有斜齿的齿轮轴带动着具有斜齿的齿条轴产生移动,移动可使设有导向装置并装有钻套的钻模板夹紧工件。由于夹紧力在斜齿上可分解成齿轮轴向分力的作用,使齿轮轴上制有的10°锥体与锥套的配合具有不可逆的自锁性能。这种自锁性能只能是手柄带动着齿轮轴的转动及齿条轴的移动,而不能是齿条轴带动着齿轮轴的转动。同时,手柄对齿轮和齿轮轴的锥体对锥套及工件都会产生增力的作用。 This is largely because the handle makes the gear axle with obliqur teeth drive gear shaft with obliqur to move, which makes drilling die plate with guide mechanism and drill sleeve to work elamply. As the clamping force on the helical gear can be decomposed into the role of axial pitch, which makes the the match between 10° cone on the gear shaft and sleeve shows an inreversible self-locking performance. This performance can only be handle driving a gear shaft to rotate and rack shaft to move, but not gear shaft drive gear shaft to rotate. Meanwhile, the handle and the cone of the gear shaft will have increased loads on gear, sleeve and workpiece.
