摘要
以苯胺和3-氯丙酰氯为原料,经酰化、环化、硝化、还原反应制得了6-氨基-3,4-二氢-2(1H)-喹啉酮,再与二(2-氯乙基)胺盐酸盐在碱性下缩合得到6-(1-哌嗪基)-2(1H)-喹啉酮,再与藜芦酰氯缩合得正性肌力药维司力农。对维司力农的合成工艺进行了考察,目标产物的收率为43.2%。
Vesnarinone,an inotropic agent,was prepared from aniline and 3-chloropropionyl chloride via 6- (piperazin-l-yl)quinolin-2 (1H)-one and veratric chloride. Reaction conditions were optimized and the product was obtained in 43.2% yield.
