α硫辛酸联合前列地尔治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效观察 被引量:10

The therapeutic effect and safe analysis of alprostadil in combination with α-lipoicin for early diabetic nephropathy

摘要 目的评价α硫辛酸联合前列地尔治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的疗效。方法选择2008年12月至2011年3月该院确诊为早期DN患者75例,随机分为3组,每组25例。联合组予凡可佳每日600 mg+0.9%生理盐水250 mL静脉滴注1次,连续静脉滴注5 d后,停用2 d,再次使用,并加用凯时每日2 mL+0.9%生理盐水10 mL静脉推注1次。α硫辛酸组予凡可佳每日600 mg+0.9%生理盐水250 mL静脉滴注1次,连续静脉滴注5 d后,停用2 d,再次使用。前列地尔组予凯时每日2 mL+0.9%生理盐水10 mL静脉推注1次。治疗时间约为4周,期间监测血糖,4周后测定24 h尿微量清蛋白排泄率(UAER)。结果 3组治疗前、后血糖基本达标,联合组24 h UAER降低明显优于α硫辛酸组、前列地尔组(P<0.05),联合组和前列地尔组眼底事件、皮下淤血及凝血时间延长发生率均较α硫辛酸组增加(P<0.05)。结论α硫辛酸联合前列地尔治疗早期DN有较好的疗效。 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of alprostadil in combination with α-lipoicin for early diabetic nephropathy.Methods 75 Patients with early diabetic nephropathy were divided into three groups,the treatment group and control group.Treatment group were treated with alprostadil in combination with α-lipoicin,the control group was given only alprostadil.Their other treatment plan was the same.The course was four weeks.Blood glucose,UAER and hemorrhage of the two groups were compared before and after the treatment.Results The UAER of treatment group was obviously superior to the town control groups(P0.05) and the number of hemorrhage was increased.Conclusion Alprostadil in combination with α-lipoicin can improve the effect of early diabetic nephropathy.
