阿司匹林对脑梗死患者临床疗效的影响

Analysis the clincal effect of Aspirin in patients with cerebral infarction

目的对脑梗死患者服用阿司匹林的临床效果进行观察与分析,以期提高临床疗效和降低脑梗死复发率。方法选择2009年1~10月该院收治的脑梗死患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例,根据两组患者具体情况给予对症处理,14 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后进行分析;同时观察组在入院时即给予阿司匹林100 mg/d,患者出院后坚持服用。结果观察组总有效率为87.5%,神经功能缺损评分和日常生活能力评定均优于对照组,复发率也低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论阿司匹林对脑梗死患者不仅能够提高临床疗效,同时还能有效降低血栓形成事件的复发率。

Objective The clinical effect of aspirin patients with cerebral infarction was observed and analyzed in order to improve the clinical efficacy and reduce cerebral infarction recurrence rate.Methods 80 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into two groups,namely the observation group and control group,40 for each group.The two groups were treated appropricetely cecerding to their Situation for 2 cecles,14 days were taken as a cycle.Meancohile before necericing the treatment,the observation group had taken Aspirin 100 mg perday and continued after lecaing the hospital.Results The total effective rate was 87.50%,neurological deficit score and assessment of activities of daily living were better than the control group and the relapse rate was also lower than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Aspirin for cerebral infarction patients can not only improve the clinical efficacy,but also can reduce the recurrence probakiloty of thrombosis events.
