54例脑胶质瘤患者显微手术前后联合心理干预的疗效研究

Study on effect of psychological intervention on gliomas before and after microsurgery

目的探讨心理干预对脑胶质瘤患者负性的情绪改善及疗效。方法将2008年7月至2010年7月该科收治的脑胶质瘤患者108例随机分为手术治疗联合心理干预为综合组,单一手术治疗为单一组,每组54例,分析术后疗效。结果综合组患者的有效率(66.7%)比单一组(57.4%)高(P<0.05);生活质量评价评分两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。综合组患者抑郁比率(63.0%)比单一组(81.5%)低(P<0.05),心理干预对负性情绪的改善显著。结论显微手术前、后进行心理健康干预,有利于提高患者生活质量。

Objective It is to study the curative effect of psychological intervention on the negative emotion of patients with gliomas.Methods 108 patients from Jul.2008 to Jul.2010 cured in this department were collected and divided into 2 group randomly,group cured with operation and psychological intervention,group cured with operation only,54 patients for each group.Results The effect after surgery was analyzed.The effective rate of the group with two methods（66.7%）was higher that of the other group（57.4%,P0.05）,and the scores of life quality evaluation have a statistical difference（P0.05）.The depression rate of the group with two methods（63.0%）is lower than that of the other group（81.5%,P0.05）,so the psychological intervention had a good effect to improve the negative emotion of the patients.Conclusion Psychological intervention can be employed when using microsurgery to treat glioma which helps to improve the life quality of the patients.
