320排CT评价冠状动脉病变范围与血脂关系的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的采用320排动态容积冠状动脉CT血管成像(coronary CT angiography,CCTA)探讨冠状动脉病变范围与血脂成分的关系。方法采用320排动态容积CCTA对该院180例胸痛原因患者进行心电门控宽探测器平台下非螺旋心脏全容积增强扫描,按冠状动脉病变范围分为正常对照组(37例)、0支组(60例)、单支组(40例)和多支组(43例)。同时测定患者的血脂成分,并对各组指标进行统计学分析及多元相关分析。结果各组间的总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1(Apo-A1)、载脂蛋白B100(Apo-B100)和脂蛋白a[LP(a)]差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),多元相关分析显示冠状动脉病变范围与血脂成分无显著相关,年龄、男性与冠心病的发病明显相关。结论 320排CCTA对评价冠状动脉病变有一定的临床价值,男性和年龄是冠心病的独立危险因素,而血脂水平与冠状动脉病变范围无关。
