摘要 教师专业发展模式的核心是专业实践,我国教师职前教育单维度、重知识传授的人才培养模式导致了职前教师的实践贫困。从传统的"技术熟练"范式走向"实践反思"范式,回归教育实践本质,密切联系教育实际,在实践中培养师资已成为当今教师教育发展不可逆转的潮流。以促进在职教师的专业发展与职前师范生的专业成长为目标,借鉴PDS理念建立与地方基础教育合作的教育实践创新基地是推动我国教师专业化发展的可行方案。 Professional practice is the core of teacher professional development model, while our teacher education is single dimension and knowledge-directed, which has led to the poor practice of pre-service teachers. Shifting from the traditional " skilled" paradigm to "Practical Reflection" paradigm, returning to nature of educational practice, keeping close contac with educational practice, and training teachers in practice have become an irreversible trend. To promote the professional development of serving teachers and normal students, it is a feasible stategy to establish co-operative education base for practice innovation with local basic education based on the concept of PDS.
