摘要
综合分析生物质木块气化过程的特点,并考虑气化温度和气化剂当量比对气化气体热值、气化效率及产气率的影响,基于最小二乘支持向量机,建立了木块气化过程模型。在此基础上,提出了一种控制参数与气化性能指标间的多目标优化目标函数,对控制参数目标值做了寻优计算。经仿真验证表明,该寻优计算方法满足了工程需求,实现了气化过程优化控制。
This paper comprehensively analyzes the characteristics of biomass woodblock gasification process,establishes the gasification process model based on least squares support vector machines,taking gasification temperature and agent equivalent into consideration and comparing gas calorific value,gasification efficiency and gas generation rate,proposes the multi-object optimization function between the index of control parameter and gasification performance and calculates the optimal target value of control parameter.Simulation experiment shows that the optimization meets the requirements of the program and realizes the optimized control of gasification process.
