摘要
阐述了干式排渣系统的工作原理及系统结构,对干式排渣系统在运行中存在的锅炉冷灰斗底部积焦严重、斗提机叶片变形、钢链输送带卡涩等问题的原因进行了分析,提出了相应的解决措施,并对干式排渣系统冷渣风风量及吸热量进行了计算和分析。
This paper introduces the work principle and structure of dry-type deslagging system,analyzes the reasons for serious bottom coking in furnace hopper of boiler,deformed blade of bucket elevator and stuck of steel cord conveyor belt,proposes relevant countermeasures and calculates and analyzes the volume of slag-cooling air and heat absorption of the dry-type deslagging system.
