摘要
介绍了电站锅炉SA213-T91钢小径管焊后热处理工艺存在的问题,运用不同热处理工艺对SA213-T91钢试样进行了热处理试验,并采用硬度试验、常温拉伸试验、常温冲击试验、金相组织比对分析了SA213-T91钢试样,论证了其热处理工作的有效性。
This paper introduces the problems of post weld heat treatment for boiler SA213-T91 steel small-aperture pipe welding line,carries out heat treatment investigation on SA213-T91 steel sample by adopting different heat treatment processes,analyzes the SA213-T91 steel sample by hardness test,room-temperature tensile test,room-temperature blow test and comparison of Metallurgical microstructure and demonstrates the effectiveness of the heat treatment process.
