摘要
国内对备尺优化的实质均是仅仅对飞剪最后一刀的剪切长度进行控制,在实际运行的系统中只是一种倍尺剪切,没有任何长度优化。本优化模型对需要优化的总长度进行整体优化,依靠从一段或多段倍尺上“借”一定的长度,使每一段倍尺在满足最小策略的前提下,尾部的长度也满足特定的长度需求。
The essence of double length optimization in china is only to control the last shearing length of fly- ing shear and just one kind of double length sheafing in actual motion system without any length optimization. To this optimized model,the whole optimization was carried out to the total length which needs optimization, ensuring the tail length satisfies the special length demand under the premise of satisfaction of minimum strate- gy for every double length by" borrowing" certain length from one or multistage double length.
