摘要
结合并型坯连铸和大型H型钢生产线特点,设计微合金化工艺路线,制定合理的冶炼、精炼和连铸_r-~S参数,根据合金元素的添加,制定合理的轧制制度,使厚规格钢桩在满足高强度的同时,具有良好的低温冲击性能和焊接性能。
Combined with characteristics of beam blank casting and large H-beam production line, by de signing micro-alloying process route, formulating process parameters of smelting, refining and continuous casting, and making reasonable rolling schedule according to the addition of alloying elements, heay gauge steel pile could meet the requirement of high strength and also had good low temperature properties and weldability.
