摘要
分析了转炉用锰矿直接合金化热力学可能性,讨论了渣中(FeO)和渣量对锰矿直接合金化影响;阐述了锰矿还原机理,提出了提高锰的回收率动力学条件,分析了复吹转炉炼钢用锰矿直接合金化应用前景。
The thermodynamic possibility of direct alloying of manganese ore in converter was analyzed, and the influence of (FeO) in slag and slag quantity on direct alloying of manganese ore was discussed ; the reduction mechanism of manganese ore was expounded and the dynamics condition increasing manga- nese recovery was put forward, moreover, application prospects of direct alloying of manganese ore in combined blown converter steel-making was analyzed.
