摘要
针对氧气总管压力波动大,PID调节存在超调的不足,综合模糊控制器和传统PID控制器的特点,设计了一种复合模糊控制器,应用于莱钢120t转炉吹氧控制,提高了控制精度。特别是采用干法除尘工艺时,能够防止因为开吹时氧气压力不稳定造成的点火失败和静电除尘器“泄爆”。
According to big pressure fluctuation of oxygen main pipe and the overshoot shortage existing in PID accommodation, combining the characteristics of fuzzy controller and traditional PID controller, a composite fuzzy controller was designed and control accuracy was improved after applying it in the oxygen blasting controlling of 120T converter. Espec explosion of electrostatic precipitator caused could be prevented. ially for dry dedusting process by oxygen pressure instability , ignition failure and vented in the beginning of blasting
