大学生自杀意念与自我控制的关系研究

Study onthe relationship between the exposure rate of the suicidal ideation and the self-control degree of the college students

目的调查大学生自杀意念率的暴露情况，分析研究人口学特征对自杀意念率的影响情况，研究大学生自我控制能力与自杀意念的关系。方珐以西安地区某院校在校本科生为研究对象，采用整群抽样的方法，以班为单位共调查1163人，应用基本信息调查表、自杀意念自评量表（SIOSS）、自我控制量表（SCS）对资料进行收集，运用EpiData 3．1对数据进行录入，用SPSS17．0对数据进行处理，通过7。检验、相关分析和Logistic回归分析探讨自杀意念的影响因素和自我控制程度与自杀意念的关系。结果该院校自杀意念率为6．3％，经卡方检验，自杀意念率在性别、生源地、与父母亲疏关系、专业满意度、就业压力、对目前大学生活的评价、近亲中是否有精神病患者等条目上差异有统计学意义。站论相关分析发现：自杀意念与自我控制及各个因子存在负相关关系，Logistic回归分析专业满意度、生源地、与父母亲疏关系、周围人自杀对您的影响、我曾自杀过、自我控制的能力成为自杀意念的危险因素。

Objective To investigate the exposure rate of the suicidal ideation of the college students, and to analyze the influences of demographic features upon suicidal ideation, in order to find out the correlation between the suicidal ideation and the degrees of the self-control of college students. Methods The cluster sampling method is adopted to investigate 1055 undergraduates with the self-rating idea of suicide scale （SIOSS）, the self-control scale （SCS）, the data were collected with the piData 3.1 and analyzed by the SPSS 17.0 statistical package. Results 6.3% students reported suicidal ideation, by chi-square statistics, we found that gender, the students＇ sources, the intimacy with their parents, professional satisfaction, the employment pressure, the evaluation of university life, the history of mental illness in family members for the rate of suicidal ideation was significantly different （P〈O. 05）. Oonclusion Multi-variable logistic regression analysis showed that professional satisfaction, the students＇ sources, the intimacy with their parents, the suicidal history, the influence of other suicidal incidences, and the ability of self- control were the risk factors of suicidal ideation.
