摘要
分析了企业成功实施6σ管理法存在的障碍，提出了企业实施6σ管理法应遵循的原则。指出只有结合企业的实际情况，充分理解6σ管理法的精髓，并系统、科学地加以实施，才能充分发挥6σ管理法的作用。
The difficulties in successfully implementing the 6σ management of the enterprise is analyzed in the paper. And the principles followed by the enterprise in implementing the 6σ management are put forward. It points out that only by combining it with actual conditions of the enterprise, fully understanding the essence of 6σ management, and implementing it systematically and scientifically, can it fully brings 6σ management into play.
