摘要 特深冲用DC05冷轧钢板广泛应用于汽车制造领域,针对汽车用1mm厚DC05冷轧钢板进行电阻点焊焊接工艺的研究,通过对不同焊接工艺条件下的焊接接头进行抗剪拉伸试验、硬度试验,抗剪疲劳试验以及金相组织观察,提出了最佳电阻点焊参数。 Low manufacturing. Through shear observation in carbon steel for coldrolled strips, DC05, are widely used in the field of automobile Resistance point welding of 1 mm DC05 cold-rolled strips is studied in this paper. test, cross tensile test, hardness test, shear fatigue test and metallurgical structure welding point of different welding technology, the optimal welding parameters are put forwal'd.
