摘要 通过线性升温条件下的热重(TG)分析和差示扫描量热法(DSC),分别研究了铅盐燃速催化剂LBC对AP、HMX和GAP粘合剂体系等GAP推进剂主要组分热分解行为的影响,测定和比较了它们的热分解特征量和质量损失。证实LBC促进了AP高温分解温度的降低及其低温段的放热量增加,并使其低温段的热分解速率加快,对AP的热分解行为产生明显的催化作用;对GAP粘合剂的放热峰温和质量损失的影响不明显,但对硝酸酯增塑剂和纯GAP的放热量产生显著影响;对HMX的热分解行为几乎没有影响。 The effects of lead salt burning-rate catalyst(LBC) on thermal decomposition procedures of key constituents of GAP propellants,such as ammonium perchlorate(AP),cyclotetramethylenetetranitramine(HMX) and GAP binder system,were investigated respectively by means of thermogravimetric(TG) analysis and differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) methods with linear heating-up mode.The characteristic values of thermal decomposition and weight loss for(AP,AP/LBC),(HMX,HMX/LBC) and(GAP binder,GAP binder/LBC) were determined and compared.The research results verify that addition of the LBC leads to the decrease of the high-temperature decomposition temperature and the increase of the exothermic reaction for AP within low-temperature region,which indicates that the LBC can conduct remarkable catalysis on thermal decomposition procedure of AP.The addition of LBC has an obvious influence on exothermic quantity of nitrate esters and pure GAP.But the case is not visible for that of HMX.
