摘要 北小河再生水厂是在原北小河污水处理厂基础上改扩建而成的,采用膜生物反应器(MBR)工艺,处理规模为6万m3/d,是目前国内市政污水处理中最大规模的MBR工程.工程于2008年4月试运行,7月正式运行,水厂运行稳定,出水水质优良,出水满足《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质》(GB/T 18920—2002)中"车辆冲洗"水质标准.介绍了工程的主要设计参数、膜系统的清洗方式及运行工况,并分析了MBR对主要污染物去除效果. Beixiaohe Reclaimed Water Plant which is the largest scale MBR plant in China was rebuild from the old Beixiaohe WWTP. The treatment capacity of the plant is 60 000 m^3/d. The plant was started the trial operation on April , 2008 and put into use on July,2008. Stable operation and excellent quality effluent were achieved in the almost 2 years operation. The high-quality reclaimed water complies with the water quality requirements for car washing purpose specified in "Water Quality Standard for Urban Miscellaneous Water Consumption" [GB/T 18920--2002]. The main design parameter and operation condition were introduced and the treatment effect was analyzed.
