摘要
以聚乙烯醇(PVA)、磷酸为原料合成了PVA基磷酸酯阻燃剂(PVA-POH),优化了合成工艺:m(H3PO4)/m(PVA)=2.0,催化剂CO(NH2)2 1%,100℃,120 min.用红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振(NMR)、元素分析表征其结构,用TGA-DSC分析了它的热性能.结果表明:该阻燃剂合成路线简单,阻燃性能优良,经整理的涤棉织物经10次水洗后,其LOI值仍为26.2%.
PVA-based phosphate flame retardants (PVA-POH) was synthesized using polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and phosphoric acid as raw materials. The synthesis process of PVA-POH was optimized: reacted at 100 ℃ for 120 min with 2.0 of molar ratio value of H3PO4 to PVA and 1% of catalyst CO(NH2)2. The structure of PVA-POH was characterized by FT-IR, NMR and elemental analysis. The thermal property was analyzed by TGA-DSC. The results showed that the synthetic route of this flame retardant was simple, and the flame retardnce of treated polyester/cotton blends was fine. The LOI still reached 26.2% after 10 times washing.
