Evaluation of environmental monitoring staff out certificates and application software design questions

密切结合环境监测人员持证上岗考核工作需要,以《环境监测人员持证上岗考核试题集》为基础题库,设计并开发了环境监测人员持证上岗理论考试命题软件,实现了申报、组卷、证书的一体化系统管理,有效地解决了由于考核对象广泛、岗位设置多样、考核项目和监测方法繁多等带来的命题工作量大、内容不易均衡等难题,克服了命题过程中的个人主观因素影响。该软件使用方便、操作便捷、功能完善,极大地提高了命题工作效率和质量,具有推广使用价值。

Based on the ＂environmental monitoring personnel certificates Test Question Set＂ written by China Environmental Monitoring Center, we authored the software for environment monitoring staff, which formulated the questions for employment with certificates＇ examination. According to diffemm examination items, the software could automatically fulfill with＂one person, one test paper＂ in pertinence. The process of automatic problem building had a series of automation function, for instance, assessment project information to declare, receiving declare information from remote, automatic proposition, automatically printing final certificate of standing and so on. By this way, the software could effectively select the problems of the wide coverage and superior difficulty in formulating questions for the examination, also could surmount the personal influence in the process. Furthermore, the software was convenient to use and work fast for advanced functions. It had the great potential to improve the work efficiency and quality with great significance of promotion and use.
