摘要
铁路专用线与国铁线路相比,具有流量低、分布不均的特点,《声环境质量标准》(GB 3096-2008)中交通干线两侧的铁路不包括铁路专用线,铁路专用线两侧的噪声敏感点应该执行相应功能区噪声标准,与铁路边界的距离无关,以火车通过时最大噪声值与背景值比较,评价对其噪声敏感点的影响。本文通过实测数据对铁路专用线噪声监测方法提出看法,与同行们讨论。
Railway special line had low flow and uneven distribution character. The railway in traffic lines on both sides was not include railway special line in Environmental quality standard for noise (GB 3096 - 2008). The sensitive point of the railway special line on both sides should implement noise standards on corresponding functional areas, unrelated with railway boundary distance. Effect of noise sensitive point was evaluated by maximum noise compared with background noise when high - speed train passing. The noise monitoring method of railway special line was discussed by actual measured data in this paper.
