Public library constitutes an important part of Chinese culture development, there is of distinctness in fluctuations, large gape of urban-rural disparities as well as that of regions, and much lower level of development. Chinese public library in the future should strengthen digitalization, computerization and cyberization,broaden public library＇ s social serving functions, form an investment ensuring system shared both by state and province, and stimulate the active role of society as well as the folks.
