低碳经济背景下企业的社会责任及其履行研究

Research on Enterprise′s Social Responsibility and Relevant Fulfillment in the Era of Low Carbon Economy

低碳经济时代的来临,对企业的社会责任提出了新的要求。低碳经济背景下企业承担社会责任主要有经济责任、法律责任、道德责任和慈善责任。企业自发履行低碳责任难以满足社会需求,因此,需要联合政府、行业组织、社会等多方面力量,以推进企业承担社会责任。

In the era of low carbon economy,the public has new demand for enterprise to fulfill social responsibility.This research emphasized on the content of enterprise′s social responsibility and how to fulfill it.Firstly,combining with social responsibility hierarchical theory,this paper analyzed the content of enterprise′s economic social responsibility,ethnic social responsibility,legal responsibility and social welfare responsibility.Then this paper built up a game model and draw a conclusion that the spontaneous fulfillment of enterprise′s social responsibility is unsatisfactory,thus we need to combine the force of government,industrial organization and social power to promote enterprise′s social responsibility fulfillment.
