Countermeasure Study on the Promotion of Independent Innovation Ability in Henan Province Using Factor Analysis

目前,河南省自主创新能力在全国还处于落后位置,自主创新能力不足已经成为制约河南经济发展的瓶颈。对此,应该从进一步提高自主创新的资金投入强度、提高自主创新成果产出效益、加大自主创新人才培养力度、营造自主创新的良好环境、扩大外商投资力度、建立和完善知识产权政策等几个方面来提升河南省自主创新能力。

Nowadays,the independent innovation ability in Henan province is still backward in nationwide scope,and the lack of the independent innovation ability becomes the bottleneck for Henan′s economic development.In order to effectively promote the independent innovation ability,Henan needs to further improve fund input intensity of independent innovation,further improve achievement output efficiency of independent innovation,further increase the talents cultivation of independent innovation,further build up good innovation environment,further expand foreign investment,and further establish and perfect the intellectual property policy.
