基于Linux的颠簸分析与处理

摘要 颠簸是虚拟存储系统页面置换时的一种极端状态.结合已有研究成果,讨论了Linux系统中颠簸的形成和触发机制;阐述了预防和解除颠簸的具体方法.在分析处理代价的基础上,主张应尽量避免颠簸的形成. Thrashing is an extreme status coming from doing page replacement. Combined with the existing research results, the cause and triggered mechanism of Linux system are discussed. The specific methods of avoiding or removing thrashing are expounded. On the basis of analysis on processing cost, it's claimed that the formation of thrashing should be avoided.
