摘要
通过1∶1尺寸蒸压加气混凝土砌块(砖),模拟砌块在砌体中的实际受力状态,获得约束保温砌块的本构模型,为保温砌体分离式有限元分析提供基本力学参数.利用加载板与砌块之间的摩擦力,模拟砌块在砌体中的约束受压状态,通过5个保温混凝土砌块在伺服压力机受压试验中得到的应力-应变全曲线和数据处理,研究保温砌块受压的基本力学参数和两段式本构方程.砌块受压试验得到的应力-应变全曲线具有一定的离散型,其峰值应力σ0和应变0ε与普通混凝土单轴压力试验方法所获得的应力-应变全曲线有较大的区别,基于约束砌块试验的本构方程曲线与实测曲线较为吻合.采用约束保温砌块应力-应变全曲线能反映砌块在砌体中的受力状态,基于实测约束应力-应变全曲线的约束保温砌块本构方程可应用于保温砌体分离模型的有限元计算.
The constitutive model of thermal insulation block by simulating stress in masonry of 1 : 1 size of autoclaved aerated concrete block is obtained. We can simulate the compression character of blocks in masonry and constitutive equations by use of the frictional force between the loading boards with block. It can provide the basic mechanics parameter for finite element analysis by analyzing test data of stress and strain curve in five blocks. There are some dispersed for data of test. There are more differences between the max stresses with the strain as compared with common concreter. The constitutive equation curve obtained by analysis of test data is fit for the result of test. The mechanics character can be obtained by stress and strain curve of insulation blick. The constitutive equations based on test can be used to analyze the fi nite element in insulation masonry.
