摘要
介绍催化裂化装置油浆系统运行中存在的问题,并考察了超声波除垢器对油浆系统的长周期运行、产品质量和产品收率的影响。应用结果表明,超声波除垢器能产生良好的经济效益,具有推广意义。
This work introduced the operation problems of FCC＇s oil slurry system and studied the effect of ultrasonic online cleaning technology on the long term running of oil slurry sys tem, product quality and product yield. The result showed that ultrasonic online cleaning technology could produce good economic benefits and could be widely used.
