摘要
为了实现对合成氨生产工艺的快速优化,采用关联规则方法分析影响合成氨生产的关键属性(温度、氢氮比、空速),研究它们之间的关系。结果表明,关联规则挖掘是一个很好数据分析工具,非常适合于进行合成氨生产这种过程工业的优化问题分析。
In order to rapidly relize the optimization of Ammonia procedure progress, Data-mining by association rules(DMAR) was presented in this paper, which is used for analyzing three important attributes (including temperature, Hydrogen/ Nitrogen and Air Flow rate) influencing ammonia produce, finding the relation among them. Experiment results showed that DMAR was a good data analysis method, which is very suitable for analysis of optimization problems in process industry such as ammonia procedure.
