中国东中西部投资效率与经济增长的相关性分析

Correlation Analysis on Investment Efficiency and Economic Growth of Eastern, Central and Western in China

文章根据1999--2008年的样本数据，采用相关性的基本回归检验方法，对中国东中西部地区国民生产总值增长和投资效率时间序列分别进行检验，得出的结论是，在投资效率上中西部明显低于东部发达地区，这也是中西部与东部经济差距进一步扩大的主要原因。要解决中西部投资效率过低问题，就必须优化投资产业结构，提高金融市场对资源配置的有效性，合理布局投资，提高科技水平。

In this paper, according to the sample data of 1999--2008, we use the relevance of basic regression method of inspection to inspect the time series of GDP growth and investment efficiency of eastern, central and western part of China. The conclusion is that efficiency of investment in the central and western part of China is obvious less than the developed regions in the eastern and west regions. And it is the main reason for gap widening between the midwest and the eastern regions. By comparing the east, central and west, we find out the root of the low efficiency of investment, and put forward corresponding countermeasures from perfecting the industrial investment structure, improving the efficiency of resource distribu tion and enhancing the technology level.
