我国信息服务产业的布局问题研究

产业布局的科学化和合理化,有利于促进产业结构的升级和国民经济的协调健康发展。文章在分析影响信息服务业布局因素的基础上,论述了我国信息服务业在长三角、珠三角、环渤海和中西部等地区的基本格局及各区域信息服务业发展的特点和态势,提出了我国信息服务业应依托高等院校和科研院所,依托城市雄厚的技术基础,依托高速公路沿线的便捷条件和地缘的对外关联优势进行布局的选择条件。

The scientific and reasonable industrial layout is benefit for promoting the upgrading of the industrial structure and the coordinative development of the national economy. The essay analyzed the industrial layout of the information and service in Rangtzs River Delta, Pearl River Delta and around Bohai Sea District. Then, it pointed out the institusions of higher learning and scientific research institutes, the technologies and the convenient of high way, etc. would be relied on by the industrial structure of information and service in China.
