摘要
介绍国内首套按三菱重工技术设计制造的1000MW火电机组配套锅炉给水泵汽轮机的主要技术特点,分析在实施该型给水泵汽轮机国产化制造过程中所涉及的有关设计信息体系转换、材料应用体系转换、技术检验标准的适应等重大技术问题,并对该机的主要制造难点以及针对该机组自行开发的盘车装置、监视和控制系统等创新设计内容作出说明。本文可为类似采用引进技术的国产化制造工程做参考。
The paper mainly introduces the features of the first set of boiler feedwater pump turbine（BFPT） manufactured in China for 1000MW coal fired unit based on MHI technology,and analyses some key issues related to conversion of different design and material application systems,special inspection requirements during localization process for this type of BFPT.It also describes main issues on manufacturing and the innovation of barring gear,monitoring and control system.The special reference in this paper can be provided for the similar project.
