摘要
以某燃气涡轮盘-片系统为对象,综合考虑载荷及材料性能的随机性,利用ANSYS程序对结构进行了有限元分析,运用响应面法模拟得到了结构在紧急工况和典型工况下的最大应力和最大应变能的二次响应面函数表达式。基于该响应面函数,应用蒙特卡罗法,计算了涡轮盘?片结构在两种工况下的结构静强度可靠度和疲劳可靠性参数,分析了涡轮盘?片结构最大应力和疲劳寿命对主要随机变量的灵敏度,对该燃气轮机的运行管理以及材料性能的改进提出了针对性建议。本文的分析方法及结论对于其它复杂工程结构系统的可靠性分析有一定的参考价值。
The given gas turbine disc-blade system was investigated in this paper.Considering the randomicity of the loads and material property,the finite element analysis was accomplished by using ANSYS.According to the analysis results,quadratic response equations about the maximal stress and the maximal strain energy of the blade-disc were simulated respectively under the urgent loads and typical loads with response surface method.Based on the equations,the structural intensity reliability and fatigue reliability of the blade-disc system were calculated by using Monte Carlo simulation method respectively.The sensitivity of the main random variables which influences the maximal stress and fatigue life of the blade-disc were analyzed.Also some pertinent advices were given to the administering process of the gas turbine and the material properties improving.The methods in this paper may serve as references to the structural reliability analysis of other complex structural systems.
