摘要 煤矿瓦斯民用工程中,时常遇到燃气计量仪表在冬季运行大量冻堵、损坏等问题,不但给居民的生活带来了极大的不便,同时也给企业造成了严重的经济损失。本文介绍了一套深度除湿系统,能够对气体进行较为彻底的除湿,确保燃气仪表在冬季的正常运行。该系统适用于煤矿瓦斯民用行业,且运行效果能够满足设计要求,有效解决了仪表冻堵问题。 In domestic gas projects a large number of gas meters are frozen and damaged in winter, which not only brings about inconvenience to the life of residents, but also serious economic loss as well as social influ- ence to the enterprises. The paper describes a complete deep humidifying system, which can get rid of humidi- ty of gas fairly thoroughly and ensures normal operation of the gas meters. It is proved that this system is suit- able for gas utilization trade and its performance can meet the design requirements, and can resolve effectively the problem of freezing of gas meters.
