Clinical analysis of 39 lymphoma cases start with pulmonary symptoms

目的探讨以肺部症状为首发的淋巴瘤的临床特点、诊断方法。方法对39例以肺部症状首发的淋巴瘤的临床表现,影像学特点,诊断方法进行分析。结果以肺部症状为首发的淋巴瘤较为少见,临床表现及影像学特征均无特异性。结论重视查体,及时行相关的辅助检查有利于淋巴瘤的诊断。

Objective To study the clinical characteristics of the lung, diagnostic method of lymphoma. Methods A retrospective review of 39 lymphoma cases from 2006 to 2009 was performed, and clinical characteristics, imaging features and diagnosis were revived. Results To start with pulmonary symptoms of lymphoma is a rare disease, clinical manifestations and imaging characteristics are nonspecific, it is easy to be misdiagnosed. Conclusion attention physical examination, Appropriate auxiliary examinations is necessary to lymphoma diagnosis.
