不同产地猫爪草有机酸含量的测定

Determination of organic acid content of radix ranunculi ternati from different producing area

目的了解不同产地猫爪草中总游离酸的含量。方法采用返电位滴定法测定不同产地猫爪草及猫爪草胶囊中总游离酸的含量。结果安徽产猫爪草中含游离酸4.56%,浙江产猫爪草中含游离酸5.55%,河南产猫爪草中含游离酸6.18%,猫爪草胶囊含游离酸4.07%。结论不同产地猫爪草中所含游离酸稍有不同,分析认为可能与采摘季节和生长环境有关。

Aim To understand the total content of the free organic acid of radix ranunculi ternati from different producing area.Methods The return potentiometr titration was established to assay the total content of the free organic acid of radix ranunculi ternati and its capsule.Results The total content of the free organic acid of radix ranunculi ternati from anhui,zhejiang and henan is 4.56%,5.55%,6.18% respectively.that of the free organic acid of radix ranunculi ternati capsule is 4.07%.Conclusion the total content of the free organic acid of radix ranunculi ternati has slightly diversity with different producing area.The diversity may be result of the picking season and growth environment.
