鹿角乳安胶囊质量控制方法研究

目的建立鹿角乳安胶囊的质量控制方法。方法对处方中全蝎、菟丝子、鹿角进行了显微鉴别;并对赤芍和延胡索进行了薄层鉴别。结果该处方中所含的全蝎、菟丝子、鹿角3味药材的显微特征明显;并且在薄层色谱中可检出与芍药苷对照品、延胡索对照药材及延胡索乙素对照品色谱相同的斑点。结论方法简便、准确、重现性好。可用于控制鹿角乳安胶囊的质量。

Aim To establish quality control method for lujiaoruan capsule.Methods Scorpion,dodder,antler were identified by microscopical chartacteristics.peony root and rhizoma corydalis were identified by TLC method.Results The micro features of scorpion,dodder,antler were clear.Paeoniflorin,control herb of rhizoma corydalis and tetrahydropalmatine could be identified by TLC in the same side.Conclusion The method is simple and feasible,highly accurate and precise.It can be used for the quality control of lujiaoruan capsule.
