摘要 目的探讨溶血对血清NSE检测的影响程度。方法采用雅培AXSYM化学发光分析仪,检测正常混合血清标本及不同溶血程度的混合血清标本NSE含量。结果当血清中Hb含量达0.338 g.L-1时,血清NSE检测出现假阳性,在正常人血清中,溶血每增加1 g.L-1的血红蛋白,就会使NSE含量平均增加30.99μg.L-1,NSE高值血清中,溶血每增加1 g.L-1的血红蛋白,就会使NSE含量平均增加27.10μg.L-1。结论溶血对血清NSE检测存在严重影响,NSE含量随溶血程度的增加而增加;相对于NSE高值血清,溶血对正常血清影响更大;临床检测NSE要杜绝溶血标本。 Aim To investigate the effects of hemolysis on test of serum NSE.Methods The content of NSE in different degrees of hemolysis and normal human mixed serum samples by using Abbott AXSYM chemiluminescence analyzer.Results There is false positive result in test of serum NSE When Hb levels≥0.338 g·L-1 in serum.In normal human serum,hemolysis for each additional 1 g·L-1 of hemoglobin,it will cause an average increase of NSE content 30.99 μg·L-1.In High value of serum NSE,hemolysis for each additional 1 g·L-1 of hemoglobin,it will cause an average increase of NSE content 27.10 μg·L-1.Conclusion Hemolysis affects the test of serum NSE significantly,the content of NSE increased with increase of hemolysis.Relative to High value of serum NSE,hemolysis greater impact on the normal serum,Hemolysis in the specimen should be avoided in clinical detection of NSE.
