十二指肠降部憩室形态学改变与消化道症状发生对比分析

Digestive complications of the descending part of duodenum diverticulum shape

目的了解十二指肠降部憩室与消化道症状之间的关系。方法将46例十二指肠降部憩室按照大小、形态分组,分别分析各组憩室和消化道临床症状发病情况之间的关系,组间采取卡方检验或Fisher确切概率法检验。结果憩室直径>30 mm组及窄颈组其消化道症状出现率明显高于其他各组(P<0.05)。结论十二指肠降部憩室的大小、形态与消化道症状发病率有明显相关性。

Aim To explore the relationship between the descending part of duodenum diverticulum and digestive complications.Methods 46 patients with descending part of duodenum diverticulum were grouped in accordance with size and shape.The relationships between digestive clinical complications and diverticula of each group were analyzed respectively.Fisher exact probability or chi-square test were used.Results The digestive complications occurrence rate of groups whose diverticulum diameter was higher than 30 mm and narrow neck group was higher than others（P0.05）.There was significant statistical difference.Conclusion The size and shape of descending part of duodenum diverticulum and the incidence of digestive complications has significant positive correlation.
