摘要
目的探讨治疗性沟通系统干预方式对缓解慢性乙型肝炎患者的抑郁症状有效性。方法将61例慢性乙型肝炎伴发抑郁患者,按入组的先后顺序查随机表数字,奇数为干预组(29例),偶数(包括0)为对照组(28例),干预组在常规护理基础上,实施治疗性沟通系统,对照组给予常规护理。结果干预前,两组各项指标均无差异,基线可比(P>0.05)。干预后,干预组抑郁情绪得分低于干预前以及对照组(P<0.01),对护理工作满意度得分干预组高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论治疗沟通系统能有效缓解慢性乙型肝炎患者的抑郁情绪,且能提高护理质量,增加患者满意度。
Aim To evaluate the effect of therapeutic communication on alleviating the depressive emotion in patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods Sixty-one depression patients with chronic hepatitis B were assigned into intervention group(n=29) and control group(n=28) according to the sequence into the group of random table numbers.Among these numbers,odd numbers were for intervention group,while even numbers(including 0) were for control one.The patients in the control group received routine nursing care.In addition,the patients in the intervention group received therapeutic communication intervention.Results There were no significant differences between the two groups before the intervention(P0.05).After the intervention,depression scores were lower than control group and the ones before intervention(P0.01).Patient satisfaction was higher in the experimental group than that of control group(P0.01).Conclusion Therapeutic communication can effectively relieve patients depression emotion,improve their coping styles and increase patient satisfaction.
