摘要
目的比较白芍提取物不同极性段物质的抗氧化活性。方法将白芍提取物分为不同极性的5段物质:石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、水。从还原能力、清除ABTS+自由基和抗动植物油脂氧化等方面,研究各极性段物质的抗氧化活性。结果白芍提取物的不同极性段物质均有一定的还原能力,对ABTS+自由基有明显的清除能力和一定的抗动植物油脂氧化能力。其中乙酸乙酯极性段物质表现出最强的抗氧化活性。结论白芍提取物的乙酸乙酯段物质表现出最强的抗氧化活性,为进一步开发利用白芍中的抗氧化活性物质提供了科学依据。
Objective To compare the antioxidant activity of solvent extracts of Paeonia lactiflora. Methods Five different extracts ofPaeonia lactifiora were analyzed: petroleum ether(PE-PL), chloroform(CF-PL), ethyl acetate(EA- PL), n-butanol(NB-PL), water(H20-PL). To investigate their antioxidant activity, the ability of reduction, the ability to scavenge free radical ABTS+, and the antioxidant ability on oil were examined. Results All the five extracts of Paeonia lactiflora showed the antioxidant activity, especially in the scavenging of ABTS+. Meanwhile the EA-PL showed the strongest antioxidant activity. Conclusion Among the extracts of Paeonia lactiflora the EA-PL is found to be the most active antioxidant, which provided scientific basis for further explore on antioxidants ofPaeonia lactiflora.
